Founder & CEO Nox Group

Acting GM at Nox Venues 

Holds a Bachelor in Law and a Master’s in Executive MBA. Completed an International Business Program at San Francisco University, founded NOX Group, GM of Nox Venues, serves as a Board Member in multiple companies, and is a CME Certificate holder, Experienced in strategy and finance.

Bin Samman

GM NOX Events

Holds a master’s degree in interior design from the Florence Design Academy and a Bachelor of Science School of Art & Design from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. He has further strengthened his expertise through the Entertainment Leaders Programme by the General Entertainment Authority and the Disney Institute’s Leadership Excellence programme. His career includes senior leadership roles at the Ministry of Culture and serving as General Manager at Hwadi Group, where he was instrumental in driving growth and advancing strategic initiatives.

Holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture and over 17 years of project management and sales experience. Previously Director at Mufeed and Project Director at NOX, he led major national events including Al-Baha Festival, Jubail Health Conference, and Adventure Land.

Holds a Bachelor’s in Information Technology and a Master’s in Business Administration. Certified in CIT and Event Planning, with a Business Program at San Francisco State University. Previously served as Weddings Operations Manager, Marketing Manager, and Events Planning Manager before leading Noqoosh.

Chief Financial Officer

Senior finance leader and member of both the ICAEW and ICAP, with a Bachelor’s in Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. Served as Senior Financial Controller at Tracking ME and previously as Financial Controller at Sika, bringing strong expertise in corporate finance, compliance, and strategic financial management.

HR Director

With over 15 years of experience in human resources. Holds a Human Resource Diploma and certifications including CIPD Level 5, ICHRM, and PPA. Formerly HR Director at ALJERI Investment and Head of HR at Domathah Trading, he now drives talent excellence and organizational growth.
